Centre Point unveiled a new show apartment designed to reinterpret the building’s 1960s brutalist heritage through a lens of contemporary elegance.

Created for developer Almacantar, the 1,274 sq ft two-bedroom residence blends mid-century influences with refined contemporary design. Inspired by the cultural energy of Soho and the graphic identity of the original architecture, the interiors create a retreat of understated luxury above London’s West End.

Bold pattern is balanced with softer layered textures and a curated mix of vintage and contemporary furnishings. Artworks by Idris Khan, Paul Winstanley and Sebastian Bremer bring depth and individuality to the space, while bespoke joinery and integrated window seating frame panoramic city views.

The result is a sophisticated urban home that celebrates heritage, craftsmanship and contemporary London living within one of the capital’s most recognisable landmarks.
